Sales Manager Benelux (m/f/d)

>> YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Strategic development of the Benelux market Scaling up the market in Belgium and the Netherlands for: comprehensive energy and charging infrastructure solutions for the electrification of commercial vehicle fleets
  • Working directly with senior management & the CSO
  • Responsibility for the entire sales value chain: from the initial strategic customer approach through to the completion of complex turnkey projects (including EMS, grid connection, PV, battery storage, charging infrastructure & depot charging

>> Your qualifications.

  • Several years’ sales experience in: E-mobility / charging infrastructure or Energy, PV, storage or grid connection sectors or Infrastructure / plant engineering with consultancy-intensive project sales
  • Experience with complex system solutions requiring detailed explanation
  • Understanding of: depot charging, load profiles, grid connections, energy management, profitability and investment calculations
  • Proven track record in B2B project sales
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, conversational German skills for communicating with German colleagues
  • In-depth knowledge of the Benelux market (particularly the Netherlands and Belgium)
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ‘hunter mentality’
  • Exceptional ability to close deals
  • Ability to translate technical topics into business terms
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Confident negotiator at management level
